There used to be a time when I would watch the other moms sitting around knitting during their kids' lessons. That was a luxury I couldn't understand b/c I was still chasing my littlest around. Now I'm the one knitting while I wait. I kinda miss the old days. On the other hand, I kinda like having new hats.

My self-decreed vacation has come to end. I've been told it is time to start sewing again (by my dear husband who knows how off-balance I get when I don't take the time to be creative). The shop is now officially open.

Stuff I Made in 2010

Looks like 2010 was a productive year for sewing. I have lots of new sewing ideas for the coming year and can't wait to get back to it. Having said that, we threw a couple of big parties in the last few weeks, and all the flotsam that had been cluttering the countertops got tossed into my studio, so I'll have to spend some time sorting first. :(
